This is our favorite place to eat breakfast in Yosemite. The prices at breakfast are not bad at all - $25 for the buffet, which has just about everything that is on the regular menu. The fruit and pastries are quite good, and the eggs, breakfast meats, and potatoes are above average for a buffet. The even offer Eggs Benedict on the buffet. Waffles and pancakes are what you would expect - they always suffer by not being fresh. An ala carte "American" breakfast is about $10 (not including juice and coffee). The service here is really hit-or-miss - I've had terrific servers (like on my most recent visit), and not-so-good. My most recent dinner experience was almost four years ago, and it was SO bad that I will not go back for dinner. We were a party of 12, and our server totally ignored us - it wasn't until I went to the maitre'd after about 30 minutes that the server finally took our order. And even after that service was slow. It was a horrible dinner. We contacted the hotel after we returned home and never received any kind of follow-up or acknowledgement of the incident.
