I love the Tioga Pass, and took the rare opportunity to drive up there as it is usually never open in the winter. Tenaya Lake was completely frozen over and people were iceskating on it. Tuolumne meadows was covered with old snow, but also still had pretty autumn colors. I hiked Mono Pass trail, which had a lot of old snow once you are more in the backcountry.
