What a great find. Quaint hip stylish, friendly small town feel with top quality finishes. Great comfortable beds. Pillows sheets. In large beautifully decorated rooms with large bathrooms. Killer AC :)) flat HD tv. Bar and Restuarant in Hotel we very good. And a bit of trivia. They filmed it’s a wonderful life in this town !! Bedford falls is really Seneca Falls!

We really enjoyed our stay for one night. The rooms are very spacious, and the hotel is clean and quirky, with all the modern amenities and charm. It was comfortable with luxury finishes. It was quiet and located in a great spot. The breakfast was lacking, and the service at the breakfast spot was poor. We would have loved a local guide or hotel book in the room to read. We will stay again!

Decided to stay at this hotel as I was meeting a friend for a girls weekend. Seneca Falls was halfway between our starting points and looked like a great place to stop. The town is very quiet - we had an excellent glass of Pino Noir at the bar next to the hotel and took a little walk across the street to see the bridge that was the inspiration for the bridge scene in It's a Wonderful Life. As for the hotel itself, the staff was very friendly, but I felt the room could have been cleaner, thus the 3 stars. It really needed a good vacuum. I'm also not a huge television watcher...but when you have the chance to escape your children and just relax with a great bottle of wine and control of the remote, having choices of shows to watch would be great. While the hotel had WiFi, they did not have On-Demand or Netflix. Ended up driving to Walmart to pick up a Roku streaming stick which did the trick. The deluxe continental breakfast was nothing of the sort. Ended up going to the coffee shop across the street for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel. However, for the price I felt it was lacking.

Stayed here on August 10th for one night while visiting wineries. For $300 a night you would expect more. The air conditioning would not go lower than 69 so the room was stuffy and warm. The water pressure was a trickle. The only plus was the restaurant down the street had good food and entertainment. The room had no refrigerator so you couldn't keep water cold. Next time we will stay elsewhere. Not worth the inflated price.

We were there for 2 nights. The room was never cleaned because they said they got really busy....seriously??? I paid well OVER $600 for 2 nights and we had to ask for clean towels, had 1 roll of toilet paper that was half gone, the toilet paper holder was totally rusted, there was no towel hold in the bathroom and the air conditioner needed a new filter because every time it clicked on dust came out and I was sneezing the entire time. I had a suite and the air conditioner was in the living room with no way to get to the bedroom so there was a tiny desk fan in that room. There was one elevator that was so slow and small that I chose to take the stairs every time even when I was leaving with luggage. The continental breakfast was fair, but the one (4 slice) toast only worked on one side so with the hotel being filled, you can imagine how that backed everything up. I was extremely disappointed. I will not stay there again.
