Pazzo Pomodoro is a new restaurant in Vienna, VA. We went ther for lunch and had a Pizza Magherita. It was fantastic, just like we have had in Naples. The crust is thin yet chewy. The sauce is fantastic, and unlike many pizza places, they do skimp on it. In traditional Neapolitan style, the mozzarella is placed on the sauce in rounds, topped with fresh basil. What is not to like? The dinner menu looks very interesting and we will definitely try it. We have been told it is very popular on Friday and Saturday evenings, with lines out the door. We have heard that the dinners are very good, and reasonabley priced. We will definitely give dinner a try, and pizza on a Saturday afternoon is assured. They do not take reservations.
