“Wolf Trap in the winter”
Reviewed December 19, 2013

When the summer schedule winds down at Wolf Trap, some of the best experiences are awaiting during the winter months at the Barns of Wolf Trap. In a small setting of a converted New England barn, performers like the Scottish Battlefield Band performs to an intimate group. With a new pedestrian bridge connecting the Barns to the Filene Center, Wolf Trap is expending and making it easier to take advantage of all that they offer. Wolf Trap has also recently completed a series of hiking trails which you and your dogs can use year round, not only she. Us met performances are going on. Just park near the Filene Center and head towards the Children's Theatre in the Woods. From there you'll see the signs for the trails marked with colors designating the routes.

“Great venue”
Reviewed December 2, 2013 via mobile

Wolf Trap is such a great venue. We always get lawn tickets and bring a blanket, food and wine. Get there when the gates open to get a good lawn seat. Invite friends and share and enjoy food and a concert.

“Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts”
Reviewed November 27, 2013

Wolf Trap is a fantastic venue for concerts. There is a great variety of acts from Lynyrd Skynyrd to the National Symphony. Great fun to picnic on the Lawn (and you can bring in your own beer & wine) before the show and then watch the show from the Lawn (general admission) or the House (assigned seating). Wolf Trap is one of the most beautiful venues you'll have the pleasure to attend.

“Wolf Trap - Great Venue!”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

Wolf Trap is a great venue to see a concert -- the option to sit on the lawn and hear the concert under the stars while sipping wine is so unique. If you prefer to sit in the theater style seating for a view of the performance, the acoustics are fantastic and each gives you a different way to experience a show.

“Great space but weather and noise dependent”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

We have been members for many years, as this venue is beautiful and within walking distance of our home.
Filene Center:
A variety of musical talents have been offered. However... lawn seats can be iffy when the weather is bad, And inside seats can sometimes be unbearable in hot, humid weather.
In the last few years my friends and I have noticed a huge increase in decibel level, to the point where it might be unpleasant.
Barns: A great value and intimate space. We really enjoy these concerts.
