Too bad I reserved this for 2 nights. If you stay on the first floor, you have to enter on the lower level at the end of the building unless you want to climb the stairs with your luggage because the hotel does not have an elevator and offers no luggage carts. The toilet was built for a child, not an adult. The free wi-fi did not work and all I was told by the front desk is that she did not know what to say about that, there was no offer of assistance to me. We TRIED to have the free "EXPANDED" continental breakfast that they advertise, but all that was there were 2 english muffins, 4 mini donuts, cold cereal - NO milk, coffe and juice. We had to spend over $20 at a local cafe for breakfast that should have been included. When my husband discussed this with the owner- her response was that she meets Super 8 requirements. Oh, and this is pet friendly. The guests can just drop off their dog, go sightseeing and leave the dog behind to bark all day - we were seven rooms down the hall and could still here it. I am surprised that Wyndham keeps this chain.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Right next door to the Mammoth Site. Breakfast included cereal, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, toast/english muffins, juice and coffee. Unfortunately, the wifi signal was weak and only connected sporadically. Note -- the cancellation policy requires 24 hour notice. We booked online after the deadline and then decided that staying in a different city would be more conducive to our travels. Even though we had reserved only an hour before, they were unwilling to cancel our reservation. It was our fault but some flexibility would have been appreciated.

The good: It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, and reasonably priced for the area.

The bad: The pillows (but then how many places have great pillows), SOFT beds, a bathroom so small you have to go outside to change your mind, and minimal choices for breakfast.

This is a place they're clearly proud of and working to keep it nice and competitive, you can do worse in the area.

Stopped for a two night stay bought it would be ok after reading the reviews. The lady at the front desk w great very friendly and warm and told us some great places to go and things to do.

The problem was the room. It smelled old and dirty the linens werent clean and we ended up sleeping on the top of the bed instead of in it, the sink had a super dirty ring around it. Secondly the clock was wrong in our room set an hour behind so we missed breakfast the first day. Not what I expected and very disappointing in the cleanliness ofthe hotel. Ere are certainly better places to stay!

nice motel with a good price - the front-desk-woman was very friendly and she told us what to do in hot springs.
the motel is situated next to the mammoth museum - so you can walk to visit the museum.
the room was ok, the breakfast-room was really nice - with enough space to enjoy a (typical) breakfast. there is also free wifi available - so we would stay here again!
