“Cost high for little.”
Reviewed December 2, 2013

A group of friends and I got together and picked that hotel for close walk to fountain square. I paid 104 dollars for a king size bed that barely fit in the room. The halls and room smelled like a musty library. The lights in the room were very dim and had to Be all manually turned on. The pillows were very uncomfortable and smelled. There was no where to park other then pay 25 for valle or the parking garage at 10 a day on top of the 104 a night stay. The staff at the doors were very unhelpful and unfriendly and the lady who checked us in didn't smile one time. Overall not worth the price at all.

I travel 25-30 weeks out of the year, the week at the millennium was the worst. The sheets were gross, the bathroom was too. Check in the worker said welcome but was very stuck up. Not friendly. The lobby was backed of people off the streets just staying warm, and the bar had people that was not staying at the hotel... Not at all a comfortable place. Will never be back here again.

I enjoy the outdoor pool in the afternoon, and the location is excellent. There is little more to recommend this hotel. There is nothing terrible, and usually, everyone is friendly. The elevators can be incredibly slow.

The location of this hotel is great! My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights to go to the Bengals game. The hotel is within walking distance to the stadium which is big plus. As far as the hotel itself… there was no parking.. valet was full and when I asked the front desk where the park I was told street parking (which there was no street parking) or parking garage… which was $10 every 24 hours. We parked in the parking garage which ended up being $20 for the first night and $10 for the second. When we got to our room the lights were burnt out and the floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed in months. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work so we had to go to another floor to get ice. The stairs smelled strongly of smoke and urine. This hotel was definitely not what I had expected. The only way I would go back is if the price was right only because it was so close to the stadium.

We went for a cheer/dance competition in the duke energy center - couldn't have been more convenient!! The girl at the front (Sarah) was particularly great! Whatever we needed, she got it!! Great breakfast buffet! The head Valet guy was also VERY nice! Really enjoyed our stay!! And NO bed bugs!!

Positives...considerably lower price than neighboring hotels. Good location for downtown activities.

Negatives...room was no frills, poorly laid out and fairly uncomfortable. The elevator situation in the north tower was less than desirable and the parking situation was equally limited. It was a busy weekend for the hotel and we were put into a handicap accessible room with no warning.

guess the saying you get what you pay for was very true.

Stayed here at the end of October for 3 nights for the annual football trip with the "Boys!" weekend. This year we picked Cincy. The Millennium is in downtown and near the bars and restaurants. The staff upon arrival was very friendly and helpful. They checked us in (and I might add we had a few in us already and tolerated our nonsense great) They directed us to wher the bars and restaurants were and gave us a map to see where to go. The rooms were very nice and were always made up by the time we got back in. The bar and restaurant downstairs is nice and the cost is very reasonable. The only reason it did not get excellent was because of the construction that started at 7am on Monday morning. Definitely stay here again
