I flew up for a workshop and stayed the 15-17. The stay was very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, linens generally clean (except for the velvet pillows, which I removed from the bed- no harm done), and staff friendly, helpful, and quick. It is an older hotel, so it could use some renovation. The walls in the bathroom need a good scrub, too. However, for the location and nice sleep, I have few complaints about this hotel. No complaints about noise either, like some reviewers mentioned, but i did stay in the north tower on the 18th floor.

Also, be aware that there is no free wifi in the rooms, but it's free in the lobby!

Stayed Dec 8th-10th. Was worried with all the reviews on here. Check-in was quick with a packed lobby for the bengal/cowboys game. Stayed in the North Tower and had no complaints. Room had been updated. Large Flat Screen TV. We didn't use valet but parked in the garage across the street for $15 a night. Great location to everything.

My wife & I purchased a night at this hotel with a groupon. We never stayed in downtown Cincinnati and were looking forward to the experience. Prior to arriving, we called the hotel to inquire about parking, The reservation clerk stated that the hotel lot was full and that we would have to find parking on our own - he offered no suggestions. When we arrived, the bell hop was very helpful in directing us to a garage across the street. The check in area was nothing but chaos. Unaccompanied cars blocked the way out. There was no organization at all. We checked our luggage and checked in. The check in lady was very nice and helpful. We went up to our room, opened the door and found unmade beds and luggage in the room. We were given the wrong room. We went back to the front desk, they apologized and gave us another room. After spending over 20 minutes on the phone trying to reach the bell hop, we finally went down and retrieved our luggage. This hotel needs updating. There was only one outlet on the bed side of the room. I sleep with a CPAP and had to crawl under the bed and unplug the alarm clock so I could plug in my machine. The hallways were musty and the plumbing made all kinds of noises. Not a lot of hotel amenities either. Definitely doing our homework prior to purchasing another goupon deal. My advice is to stay somewhere else.

Stayed here for a bengals game. The rooms were not disgustingly dirty but there were stains on the floor. Bedding was pretty clean. Employees were nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is the main thing it has going for it. Within walking distance of good dining and activities downtown and the stadiums. It is hard to find overnight parking close by on busy weekends. Not a bad stay but could have been better.
