The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. . The breakfast and brunch were very good with many options. The location is excellent within walking to both stadiums and the arena and riverfront. Rooms were nice and spacious and had old decor. The bar on Sat night in the hotel was lively and had a nice crowd.

Historic building and a high-quality hotel, all equipments not ultra-modern but everything was functioning and well kept. Very helpful staff. Excellent lodation in city centre. Price does not include breakfast or wi-fi, but for me the hotel was just for a good night's sleep. Magnificent bar and lobby area, like from a 1930s movie. Apparently popular as a wedding venue so weekend was very busy.

The internet and parking policy sucks, when starbuck and other restaurant provide free wifi internet for the custmor business of avg $10. and in you case you are charging extra for internet for the customer pays $150 per night stay. Also extra for the parking. Your company policy / facility is much lower than even travelodge or holiday inn

Let me begin by thanking you for choosing our hotel in conjunction with your visit to Cincinnati. As a business traveler, your ratings and comments are especially important to us.

Thank you for providing your feedback on our Internet and valet parking pricing policies. Please accept my apologies that these were areas of concern for you. The hotel provides complimentary wireless and wired Internet in the hotel’s lobby and complimentary wireless service in the restaurant and bar area. Our Internet charges in the guestroom are comparable to our full service competitors in this market. We are presently reviewing our future strategy in this regard and will certainly consider your comments. With respect to valet parking, like all of the downtown hotels, we do not own the parking garage. As such, the charge for this service is the direct cost that we experience. Many of our customers do not arrive by automobile and as such, we prefer to provide our guests with the lowest unbundled pricing available. Here too I regret that this was cause for concern.

A great combination of business quality with some old school charm. Very clean rooms with great air conditioning. Well situated in the heart of the city. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. A very enjoyable stay.

The location is excellent, near the stadiums (Reds and Bengals), the restaurants and bars. The Hotel is very clean with old architecture. The place is safety. The staff give excellent service and they're very helpful.

Service is very good. The orchid restaurant is pretty good , the menu is a bit limited. Ice stayed here several times and I'm never disappointed. It is located right downtown and I can walk to my meetings.

I stayed here for two nights on my first-ever trip to CIncinatti and and very happy with my choice. The hotel was built in the 1930s and still maintains much of that original charm today -- with modern updates, of course. I loved feeling like I had stepped back in time to the days before "cookie cutter" hotels existed -- when going to the city and staying in the hotel was an experience. The location was superb, particularly because I was in town for an event at the Duke Energy Center (the SkyWalk makes for easy access anywhere). It's also one block down from a Panera, which makes for easy access to meals (particularly breakfast). I think it's a little far to walk from the hotel to the river front, but it took less than 5 minutes to drive to that area. If you're looking for old charm, this is the place to go!

Room Tip: The lower rooms can be a bit loud with street noise from the outside.
