We visited this Mexican restaurant in Blue Ash this past Thursday 3/09/2012 with some friends from Springdale Chapel Mennonites. There were about 10 in our group and we ate and drank a lot of Mexican beer and superb Margarita's. The food is really good and the atmosphere was very delightful and full of cheer. The one thing that was really nice was the service of our genuine Hispanic server and the ideal that we weren't stared at by fellow patrons nor their staff and were very much treated with respect and dignity. The menu's were clear and colorful with a variety. We also were able to use our Entertainment card and coupons their without any problems. We have been to a few other Mexican places in Cincinnati and this one has been the most enjoyable so far.

As i mentioned in my previosu reviews, i live out of hotels, although i have become allergic to hotel food i dont have a choice, as i obviously cant cook out of choice, and neither had an inclination to cooking,so this set up works perfect for me,as long as i have had a whole hearted meal, and i have decided, that since i am so dependable on reviews by people, i decided, that i should start writing, and giving my inputs,as it might be helpful for someone someday.

El Pueblo, was the closest Mexican place, from where i was staying, said the TripAdvisor app,but for some reason it wasnt, as when i checked on TripAdvisor, it said abut 3 miles, but when i put the address down on my GPS,it was about 7 miles. Having traveled that extra mile, i was hoping the food was good. As i got to the restaurant, i saw one too many cars parked ( which is also something that i would look out),which is a sign that it may be a nice restaurant.

With fingers crossed i entered the place, and i loved the atmosphere, where country like, and the food was amasing. Every table is served with a bowl of nachos, and the alcohol with its rock bottom prices, keeps you going forever, as you also get some margaritas in pitchers.

Do not forget to eat the melted cheese dip, OMG its amazing. The quantity here (a meal, fajitas or a chicken dish, is good for 2 people). As usual, we ordered 2 different portions with a spice level of 5, Oh yeah it was spicy, but then i asked for it. The guy who took our order,Juan, asked us we were sure we wanted it that spicy, and i assured him, we are Indians so dont worry we can handle it.But i guess i should have gone one level lower, not because it was too spicy, but since it was straight out of the pan, and it spicy, and i was super hungry, i couldn't do complete justice to it.

Mouth watering food, amazing hospitality, and a definite second visit.

El Pueblo is so good, I almost hate to review it because I want to keep it all to myself. The food is reasonably priced, the service is quick, and the frozen margaritas are the best I've had. Everybody likes the warm tortilla chips and salsa while you wait. Frequent diners like us order by number. The Speedy Gonzales at lunchtime is the perfect combo plate. Wish they had more dessert items, but that's just me. El Zacatecano is a favorite among the chicken dishes.

Spoke to others and learned that this place has a very good reputation locally. Had the Tilapia Civiche, only available as an entree, and it was as good as any I have had anywhere - which is saying lot. Lots of fish, right percentage of vegetables, great blend of herbs and spices, good value for the price. Large selection of top of the line Tequilas. Even the nacho chips are above average.

Really tasty Mexican food at a price which cannot be beat. Excellent fast service, huge selection, delicious margaritas. A mariachi band every two weeks. A bit noisy when full. Wonderful prices which cannot be beat for the excellent quality anywhere.
