It was a saturday night, and this restaurant is located in a mall. So staff seemed tired and overwhelmed but service was really bad. Beer glass was "iced" slipping on the table, beer everywhere, no help cleaning the table, need to request kids crayola, 40 mn after ordering they tell us they are out of macncheese, kid hungry, no macncheese, mom's drink too strong, mom's drunk, slow to bring check, too much noise in the restaurant etc..
Food? Not too bad, ribeye well cooked. But I'm sorry, some competition serves good ribeye with better service.

Loved this place. Food was great, service was quick, and staff was very nice. We ended up getting 2 appetizers, 2 steaks with sides, and dessert to go and it only cost $80. Def would eat here again when we visit

We were there on Friday night after attending a college graduation our party consisting of 6 people arrived shortly before the restaurant was ready to close and they didn’t turn of away “great service”. The steaks and salmon were cooked exactly right, and served with everything nice and hot. The salads are chilled and crisp, as they should be. I have the Shrimp & Lobster Chowder as an appetizer, and it was are excellent, the best I ever had. The service is prompt and professional. This restaurant is clearly well managed.

A few friends and I ate her after church on Sunday. Food was good. Our server was VERY good. I gave her a 20%+ tip. Good follow up. Food, as always, was excellent. If you like key lime pie, OMG, theirs is lime-tastic.. nice and creamy... AWESOME crust!

We ate here because we didn't feel like driving to our usual at the Kenwood mall. We were seated immediately the restaurant was busy with some big family groups who were obviously having a good time but the total noise level was OK. We ate of their specials menu. The calamari looked fabulous but we opted to just get the steaks and just as well. The 6oz sirloins were beautifully tender. my fully loaded potato was generous and the veg were crisp and fresh and a real portion. The sauces were really flavorful and the steaks cooked to the right degree of rare. We had a trainer and trainee waiting our table and it was nice to see that the training was fairly extensive. For a family night out or to meet friends this is a great place, good food clean, inexpensive with an attentive staff
