“So Nice a View, But Not While Driving”
Reviewed August 7, 2013

I am a native Cincinnatian and often traveled to Covington for various reasons. As a child, I called the Roebling Suspension Bridge the Singing Bridge because of the sound it makes when driving over the metal. It's a lovely bridge to walk across so you can admire the view of Cincinnati and Covington.

“Am I in New York?”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

The same architect who built this bridge also built the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City. There are very strong resemblances too. We travelled under it on a riverboat and were very excited to see it from this perspective. We had planned to walk it as well but unfortunately time ran out. Either way it's a must see when in Cincinnati.

“nostalgic suspension bridge”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

If you are not an American and do not know anything about baseball, this bridge is the only sight seeing object to see in Cincinati. Boat tour on the river and good breweries aside Cincinati really does not offer any "tourist traps" so enjoy a patriotic blue painted old suspension bridge. Nothing much to see though...

“Over a hundred years old and still working!”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

One of the iconic suspension bridges in the country.
Walk it to Covington and back from the new revitalized riverfront of downtown Cincinnati! Jog it Walk it. Segway it. Bike it. Bus it. Sit in the riverfront park and just look at it!!!
Best of all, see it at night from The Banks or from the Kentucky side .... especially when the fireworks are crowning the night sky.

“The beautiful historical Roebling Bridge.”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

Park in Covington, Kentucky...Two hours free. Walk the bridge and view it from down under on the Kentucky side and the Banks on the Cincinnati side. One hour before sunset is especially beautiful. This is a must be experienced.
