Totally unique architecture and wonderful acoustics in this memorable music hall. A renovation is scheduled in the next couple of years to improve handicap access and preserve the hall for future generations.

I'm a bit concerned about what will happen during and after the remodel. This place has old charm. It's a wonderful experience to go and hear some great classical music. I do find it's an older crowd for the most part. Do younger people just not enjoy the music of great composers?

The Cincinnati German heritage brought with it an extreme love and appreciation of great music. This temple to the Muse Calliope is gorgeous and supposedly has the most accurate accoustics of any music hall its size in the nation. If something is playing--GO! Rush tickets day-of event are avaialble and you can see a great program for 5 bucks if you don't care about sitting in the rafters but with Music Halls' accoustics, who cares!

I waited all summer for the Music Hall to open its gates and it was worthwhile.
It stands in line with the best music halls in the world: very big, (around 3500 sits) dignified .with
a flare of royalty and grandeur. It played a big part of my enjoyment of "Alice in wonderland"

So if you happen to be in Cincinnati don’t hesitate Go and have
