The 5 mile path (pets allowed) is nice, esp. since it loops, and last year they made a 1.1 mile connector that goes to Otto Armleder park, which has a 2 mile loop, making it extra long. It also connects to Ohio River Trail path. The 5 mile loop is marked every half mile, is mostly flat, and some sections were just repaved/widened but there are still some bumpy patches. Can see planes take off/land but I find a lot of the path to be kind of boring. Watch out for fast bicyclists and bunnies! Water fountains are scarce. Actual bathrooms can be found at the very beginning by the playgrounds- speaking of which, they look pretty awesome. I believe you still have to pay for outdoor tennis courts per hour, but you've got clay and hard court.

Old terminal is great piece of art decco architecture and has good restaurant inside. When airshows come to town its the place to be. Otherwise the 4 mile loop around the airfield is a very handy exercize track.

My main ding on this loop is that it's too narrow for all the activity, joggers, walkers with and without pets and bicyclists. Several sections are washboard rough.

The place has many play sets for the kids to run from one to another while you keep a watchful eye on them . The shade trees are numerious as it seems to slow life down a bit . A must place to take the kids this spring and summer , and yes there is a snack shop there to add a few goodies to the picnic linch you brought along for you and the kids .

This playground is gated to keep children away from traffic. It also has clean restroom facilities as well as a snack bar. It comes with a fee of $1pp
