While looking for a new home in the Cincinnati area, friends had the incredible foresight to introduce us to Mt. Adams for entertainment. It is such a great eclectic place with such great music and charm. There is nightly live entertainment at the Blind Lemon which is now my new favorite place! The views from the top of the city are the best. You haven't experienced Cincinnati without going there at least once--preferably on a Saturday night.

I visited Mt. Adams over the weekend, and I'm not sure I get what all the fuss about it. It's a neat little eclectic street, but to me there didn't seem like a lot do there other than eat.

Parking was a challenge and the place just seemed rather one dimensional. There are some charming little pubs and such there, I just wouldn't plan on visiting to get entertained too much.

My sister used to live here so I frequently visited. It's a cool old neighborhood with great charm, neat houses, and lots of restaurants and bars. Downside: Street parking is difficult to find on a Fri and Sat night - I recommend Hill Street or park in the garage for $5 or get a cab. The bar scene is for adults but they do have a UDF that serves ice cream. The views overlooking the city and river make for a great photo spot.

Beautiful old neighborhood with so many good bars and restaurants. After a nice dinner at any restaurant in the neighborhood, I usually end up at the rugby-themed bar Tap and Go.

Mount Adams is one of those quaint "urban village" enclaves that hide away in cities which came into their own in the second half of the 19th Century. With spectacular views of the Ohio River and the downtown skyline, numerous popular and cozy restaurants and pubs, and outstanding architecture, Mount Adams is one of those "I could live here" neighborhoods. Mount Adams is close to many of Cincinnati's best features, including the Playhouse, Art Museum, Eden Park and the Krohn Conservatory. The Mount Adams Fish House is one of the most highly-regarded seafood places in the Midwest.
