We ate at this restaurant after a pretty rough day of travel where things just weren't working out for us. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our dietary restrictions. The sell Reeds ginger brew which is one of our favorites and hard to find on the road sometimes and the salads were gigantic. Great little cafe atmosphere with an actual menu. If you're in Cincy, you've got to check it out. Plus it's in walking distance of some great locally owned shops.

We visited with children in tow and were pleasantly surprised by the selection of activities for them while we waited for our sandwiches. Even a magnet board on the wall for them to play with!!

Selections were worth the wait in every way. They were delicious.

I felt good about eating in a local establishment rather than one of the endless chain restaurants. This is a great find.

Melt makes very tasty sandwiches and side dishes out of fresh ingredients, and have a bevy of vegetarian/vegan options if you so choose. Portions are a little smaller than what people might think of as a sandwich, but they are satisfying and delicious. Only caveat: The wait is generally long unless you go at weird times. It is worth the wait, but if you're starving, you may find the sandwich gone quickly by the time it arrives.
