My wife and I have been eating at the Marc on special date nights for a few years, but we finally had a meal at the Chef's Table...a large granite table off the side in the kitchen. We were presented a wonderful five course meal specially prepared for us by Executive Chef Antonio Campolio. When I said I don't eat sea food, but my wife does, Antonio said not to worry, he'd make us happy. Indeed he did. The first course was scallops for my wife and a wonderful original tortellini for me. Every course was a surprise and better than the last, and every course was perfectly matched with some wine presented by the manager, Dan McCaffrey (he even brought two different wines to properly match our different first courses). We had met these gentlemen previously, and always enjoyed their company, but it was a special treat to be able to converse with them privately, and Antonio was especially generous with his time, explaining the dishes and answering our questions. We're nearing our 16th anniversary and this was the best meal either of us has ever had, anywhere.
I recommend the Marc for their regular menu (the Buffalo Filet is amazing), the monthly paired wine menu, or the special Chef's Table. An amazing experience in any manner.
