In fairness we arrived around 4.40pm, the place was empty and we could not see any staff around, browsed used their facilities and were almost on the point of walking out when we spotted a guy in the back office and called out.......
Let the wine tasting begin. It was OK, we actually did buy a bottle of Sangiovese which was very nice indeed. Service was OK but not that upbeat and having just come from another winery that was so upbeat it felt a tad too low key!.
Big tasting room and shop. Again it was dark so unable to comment on location / vistas etc.
A little taken aback at the $8 tasting fee, this seemed quite steep.
