“Super local place - looks can be deceiving”
Reviewed August 22, 2014

This little place on the side of 61 South going toward Natchez looks like a rag tag fruit and vegetable stand from the road. BUT, they also serve sandwiches, salads, etc. in addition to fruits and vegetables. Very tasty and well done. One of those places you remember because a local said "Be sure you go here before you leave"

They also make and sell a sweet pepper sauce that is a real treat.

“Love it!”
Reviewed August 16, 2014 via mobile

We stop here on our way from Texas to jobs on the east coast about once every four months. Have never been disappointed. Didn't like pork rinds before but they make them hot and fresh and serve it with their Mississippi Fever sauce which is equally amazing! Everything is good but the BLT is a cut above. You will not be sorry you deviated from your flight plan to experience this little gem!

“Awesome local place”
Reviewed August 7, 2014

I had read about this place in a local tour guide or something of the sort and thought it looked neat, but then it was mentioned again to me while at the visitor's center. So we decided to check it out for dinner. They only serve until 6 though, fruit market is open until dark. Okay, so at first, we weren't sure what was really the deal here. The small fruit market sits out front and then in a tiny room behind there, is the tiny eating area. Looks are surely deceiving, but I was willing to take a chance and give it a try! Well, boy am I glad we did. The food was amazing. My son and I had a grilled tomato and cheese and my husband had the ribs. Baked beans were awesome as well. We aren't fancy eaters, so if you like to be wined and dined, then this isn't your place, but if you like to experience local places this is your place! They have a whole wall of freezers with their homemade smoothies too. We actually went back the next day just to get smoothies before we leave town. The peach and cantaloupe was awesome!

“Fun & funky little place”
Reviewed July 23, 2014

We stopped in after reading about this place and it's a great visit. Had some fresh squeezed lemonade, tried and bought some of the Mississippi Fever. Love that stuff, will have to order some to have shipped to our home. The produce is wonderful, wished I lived nearby to be able to get more of it home. I'm not sure if this is an attraction, restaurant, store, or produce stand - probably all of them - but it's a great place to stop by.
