Stopped in at this apparently relatively new (??) hotel on our travels from Texas to East Mississippi. I had no reservation. It was 2:00 in the morning. Was greeted by very friendly front desk lady. Got a king room. Was surprised that it had a couch, mini fridge, microwave. Very clean room. Flat screen tv. We weren't in the room very long given our late arrival, but for the money, it was an excellent deal.
Had a hot breakfast the next morning. There were a couple young ladies trying to keep up with the supply/demand chain. Everyone was being patient though considering it was crowded due to the holidays. And everyone seemed to want more bacon than they could keep up with. The only whine multiple folks seemed to have was that the bacon was undercooked for most folks taste. So many kept having to ask for crispy bacon. But the hot food options were good and appreciated. And it did not cost extra.
Our rate was approximately $80/night. That was one of the best rates I've ever gotten in any decent hotel in Mississippi. I typically spend way over $100, and get much less room and no hot breakfast.
Interesting the reason we wound up at this hotel was due to our first stop being at the neighboring Holiday Inn Express. They wanted much much more $$ for a room, they only had uppper level floors available, and the elevator was broken. And they wondered why folks kept walking out on that opportunity! They lost business to the Comfort Suites that night, and I'm glad!
I've included a few pictures of the room area, micro/fridge/sink, and bathroom.
