I’m a returning guest to this property for the second time and must say the staff was quite knowledgeable for my request for an early checkin, so I patiently waited after 12noon, to avoid being charge $25. However, when I made my request to Ms. Jung at the front desk to have maintenance look into the light switch at the entrance to my room, the problem was never addressed within 4 hours and therefore couldn’t sleep at all. In addition to that, the toilet kept making noise throughout the night too! With these issues, I hope this Hilton Honors member can be compensated in some way, for I was not a happy camper the next morning attending an annual event.
