As being a frequent traveler, I was told this hotel was the BEST. Well I can only say that the location is great. I was not treated as a customer at all. They are very pushy on booking your excursion with them instead of with others. Well we wrong. First they give you this card says you have a free gift waiting on you, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.. U need to sign up and listen them try to sell you time shares for a gift, no where on the card does it says that. 2. We book out next outing with them and they say its the bells and whistles, WRONG!! and when we point it out to them, everyone wants to points fingers at different departments, oh and by the way "she's off until Monday" I love that line. No refund, oh we will call you tomorrow, I've been waiting for 5 days now! No answer. We upgraded out package for what??? Everyone got an excuse, well I'm tired of big companies taking consumers for granted. 3. Fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night, no explanation for almost an hour and then with an ATTITUDE. Really??? This establishment is way over rated.. The manager (MOD) I'll call u. We're back at home out of hundreds of dollars and a bad taste in our mouths!
