My girlfriend had Kohnotori on her "to eat" list. First the place is tricky to find (behind the 7/11 from the street).
It serves yakitori (skewered meat) with some exotic cuts: liver, heart, gizzards, chicken skin and the rest of the more vanilla cuts like pork, beef and chicken. The cook will prepare the skewers right in front of you on a wood charcoal grill, so you will get to enjoy the smells and the show before you can get to enjoy the taste.
