We found this restaurant from excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. Initially saw it on the street corner and was a little hesitant as it looked small but was surprised to be taken to our booth in the extensive area behind . Loved seeing the open Chef's area so you can see the high standard of food being prepared. Chris our waiter was very attentive without being over the top and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, wonderful flavours and high standard presentation. We chose the 3 course taster Hawaiian menu for $46 (or $66 with accompanying wines) and was not disappointed. This included salmon , ribs or fish as mains. My husband didn't finish his macadamia tart as he was so full (unheard of!). All in all a wonderful night and highly recommended if you want a slightly more upmarket experience without the formality.
