“Great day trip”
Reviewed February 25, 2013 via mobile

Take the shuttle from Waikiki for $5.00 per person each way. About 30 minutes right to your hotel door. We took the bus there Had to wait for bus then it took about 45 minutes and was freeeezing!! Lots to see clean restrooms and lots of food. If you need a lot of souvenirs this is the place for the unusual and the bargain. We went her 5 years ago and thought it was well worth a repeat! $1,00 per person admit. Not sure about kids Aloha!

“Fantastic Prices”
Reviewed February 20, 2013

You can find everything here at much lower prices! We first went to the International Market Place in Waikiki and there is a big difference in prices. The only problem is there are so many stalls! Take good note if you see something and want to go back later. Best to buy it right then. Some vendors take charge cards, but not all. You can also bargain with some of the sellers. I highly recommend this spot for T-shirts, sleeveless tops, long shorts/ swim wear for men, cut up fresh pineapple, macadamia nuts, Kona coffee, dresses, hats, caps, beach bags, and flip flops. We went Sat. and Wed. Less crowded on Wed. $1 per person fee to enter was worth it. We were there at 8:30 and some were not quite ready, but I still recommend going early.

“Okay prices, good fill in for Pearl Harbor Visit”
Reviewed February 15, 2013

The prices were just okay at the swap meet. They have everything the International Market has without the pushy sales people. They have T-shirts 7 for $20 which is the cheapest I saw anywhere on Oahu. This is very close to Pearl Harbor so plan on going to Pearl Harbor on a day that the swap meet is running and pick up your free USS Arizona tickets then head to the Swap Meet to fill in the 2 hour gap until your tickets are active.

“odds and ends”
Reviewed February 11, 2013

This was a cool place to check out the local swap meet ran by locals. At first you want to buy everything but walk around first as some booths are a bette value than others! This is where you would come for souvenirs and oddsey endsey stuff. I bought a shoulder bag and jewelry cleaner, along with tshirts to take home for family. If you are looking for the 3x, 4x, 5x, etc. sizes they have plenty and for a good price! There is also local food you can buy, and there is a stand that sells hawaiian sweet bread, the owner quizzes you and you can get a loaf for free. Pretty cool! Bring your walking shoes though, it is a large outdoor stadium, with the ground being uneven cement. Make sure to bring plenty of water as well, they sell it there too.

“A place for souvenirs”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

Before I went to this place, I went to Wallmart and other shops just to compare. And I must say that when it comes to clothes this place beats them all. You can find a little for everyone. As it has said you pay 1 dollar to get in. And yes go around once so you can see and narrow what you might be interested on buying. If you take The bus, you can ask for a transfer so you do not have to pay the way back as long is under 3 hours. Over all a good place for souvenirs.
