I was there on a Monday night with a group of 11 colleagues. We chose the tasting menue, which we found to be an excellent choice and a great value. Our multicourse dinner included a wide panoply of flavours, mainly reflecting dishes of Oriental cuisine: among them, ceviche, ahi poke, crème brulée, kimchi, risotto, and opakapaka. The wine, beer, cocktail and sake list is wide, with well-chosen and reasonably priced items. We had sake, an Alsatian Gewurtztraminer, an Oregon Pinot Noir, and a glass of dessert wine. We found that this Brasserie-style place has a friendly, nonobtrusive service. As a bonus, when we left each of us received a small bag of cookies. Tip was not automatically added to our check, unlike with many restaurants whose managers are apparently afraid that large parties would undertip.

This was our first time at this restaurant and not our last. It was excellent. The food, the service and the price. We had salad which were rather large and tasty. I had that night's special, duck salad. Lots of duck and great tasty dressing. We also had the fried calamari, which had a lot. I had the mochi crusted opakapaka...excellent. Nice piece and again excellent taste. We had a lot of dessert and felt it wasn't as great as we heard. The best was the lilikoi soufflé. We had margarita which was not that good, probably won't have that again. The service was really good. We even got a goodie bag of cookies since we were celebrating a birthday. Nice touch.

Went to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The staff went out of their way to make the evening special, and the food was creative and well prepared. Much better than the other upscale "chain" restaurants. Wish we lived there to be regulars.

We were looking for some good food, a little away from Waikiki Beach. What we found was a really nice restaurant with great food and wonderful service. We started off with a Greek Salad followed by the oxtail strew with rice and the salmon with lemon mustard sauce. Not to forget the virgin blueberry cocktail which was very refreshing. Even we skipped the dessert - we have to try these next time - we were very pleased and enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was well presented, tasty and yummy. We definitely would go back!

Everyone raves about the desserts, so save room after your meal. I thought the service was excellent. The main entrees were portioned very differently. I had the miso butterfish which was well, petite, whereas my guests had the pork chop and the oxtail soup, both of which were huge portions. So were the kalbi ribs. So while my guests were quite full after their main dish, I certainly had room for dessert. The miso butterfish was accompanied by kim chee and another Korean side dish. Very unusual. Did the combo work? - it was OK, but not impressive. For dessert, we shared the strawberry cheesecake and lilikoi crème brulee. Cheesecake was served on a long tray with everything separated. Unusual but good.
