“Whale Watch at it's finest”
Reviewed March 31, 2014

Large boat, not too many people, and WHALES! Navatek is a wonderful company. We did their early bird whale watch at the beginning of Feb and I'd do it again. The boat was very well kept up and nice. The staff on board was very helpful and pointed things out to us.. and gave us tons of information on whales. Slow paced not to far off the coast it was def a do again. The whales are great.

“Whale Watching”
Reviewed March 14, 2014

We took the lunch cruise HOPING to see a whale. We were informed soon after we left shore that there were at least 4 whales right in front of us! And it only got better at the afternoon progressed. I realize that we were very lucky seeing multiple pods but the crew was very helpful at pointing out what they were doing and why, giving us tons of information. As for the rest of the staff, they were very helpful. The lunch was served buffet style and was very good.

“Highlight of our Honeymoon”
Reviewed February 22, 2014

I definitely recommend doing a dinner cruise with Navatek - I thought it was wonderful. We got picked up at our hotel and were driven to the dock in a nice comfy bus. We queued up to get onto the boat and got our photograph taken while we were on our way in.
I recommend paying more and getting a window table - it's totally worth it for the views and for the privacy as otherwise you are put on a long table in the middle of the room with other people you don't know.
The food was fantastic - it's the first time I've ever had lobster and I found it very tasty.
Our waiter was great - I can't remember his name but he was so lovley. He kept checking we were okay and was really interested in where we were from and we had a nice little chat with him.
The captain announced what time the sunset would happen so we made sure that we were up on the deck a few minutes before - glad we did because we got a perfect view of the magnificent sunset.
At the end of the night there was music and the staff got up while a lot of the guests did too.
At the end of the trip it was just a case of jumping back on your bus and they would drop you off at your hotel!
I look back with such fond of memories of this trip so I say - definitely book one of these trips!!!

“Dinner Cruise - not great dinner, sunset didn't happen”
Reviewed February 20, 2014

We booked the Sunset dinner cruise but as the menu for the quieter venue was anything we could eat, we took the lower deck buffet supper options. Incredibly noisy with lots of little kids (beware of the notice "Kids under 6 eat free"). The pick up bus took an hr to reach the destination with pickups at hotels as well as at the terminal. The buffet was good for meat eaters - many options, only fish was dry and tasteless. There has to be a better sunset cruise - but maybe our hotel had a deal for this one. And it was expensive.
