“Relaxing and Fun”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

I had such a great time relaxing and having a drink or two with dinner. The music is fantastic to go with the ambiance and atmosphere of Hawaii. This was a great way for me to unwind and not be caught up in the busy pace of downtown.

“Great Service, Food and music”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

We were there on early Sunday evening - no reservation. Welcomed in and guided to a table for 2 along one side. Our server Charlie welcomed us to the restaurant, asked if we were there for a special occasion and told us about the days specials. Took our drink order, bread arrived, drinks then our order of Fish Kebab, Catch of the Day and side of asparagus. Al came out hot and delicious. He then brought out a wonderful white cake with smooth white cream icing with coconut shavings all topped with a candle to celebrate our anniversary. He stopped to talk to us and say what a positive impression we had made on him reminding him of his parents who are still affectionately in Love. He made us feel real important. All the while there was a 3 piece band paying continuously Hawaiian music. Overall a wonderful dining experience. We left Charlie with a 60% tip that I am sure he appreciated. we usually tip between 20 to 25% on very good service, however this time this Charlie's service was personal and professionally excellent.

“Have the Coconut Cake!”
Reviewed March 11, 2013

Went there just to have a drink and listen to music but we ended up staying for dinner. Music was good, sunset was lovely but the coconut cake is what I would go back for.

“Unbeatable setting and music, nicely prepared food”
Reviewed March 9, 2013

We visit this restaurant at least once every time we go to Honolulu. The setting, especially at sunset, is so beautiful, the music and Hawaiian dancing are enjoyable, and the food is nicely prepared. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they have barbequed food, which is also very good. You can go for just drinks or for dinner at sunset, and it is the most relaxing, prettiest place to dine that we have come across in Honoulu.
