This is a remarkable culinary experience with innovative dishes expertly prepared by Chef Jeremy. Our waitress, Lisa, was ever ready and knowledgeable about the food preparation and wine choices. We had the unique Ahi Musubi and amazing braised short rib tempura with fabulous sauces. Steamed Hong Kong style Pacific fish of the day (snapper when we dined there) and sashimi were excellent. This is a must go to place when you visit Honolulu.
