Arrived late at Honolulu and besides being tired we were really hungry. We wanted to eat right away. We were told about this place being opened so we decided to give it a try. We saw people that did not look tourist which for me is a good sign. We order food and came fast. We had 2 order of food and a side of brown rice which was enough for two adults and two kids. Over all, it was a good bite and "hit the spot".

They have really nice dim sum dishes! The ambiance of the restaurant is also very good! We had a very nice luncheon there!

Went for Sunday morning dim sum for second time within a couple of months to give it a second chance before reviewing dim sum. Hoped it had improved but can't say that today's visit was better than the first one. Relatively nice decorations (was considering location for a wedding reception dinner in May 2013) but the dim sum was not very tasty. Sorry, waited to give it a second chance but.... there are better places for dim sum nearby (i.e., Jade Dynasty at Ala Moana Center). As Daddy used to say, "We're not here to buy the restaurant; we are here for the food." Sorry. Had the hardest time getting attention of male waiters.... eventually just stood up and waved both arms.... enough of the subtle gestures, eh? Have had better in Chinatown but the location is convenient. Maybe there is something in the Makai Market??? $$ does not = good food.

A local Chinese girlfriend took us to dinner and we were all very impressed! The food and service was awesome, what a real treat for all of us! The price was even better considering how much we ate! Will return every time I return to Honolulu! Mahalo

Went here for a birthday party and was disappointed in the food. This was my first visit. The tofu and seafood soup was flat with not much flavor and the lobster with black bean sauce was tasty but they didn't provide the metal crackers to get all the meat out of their shells....legs etc. The chow mein was also a bit on the mushy side and quite oily as was the beef with snow peas. Everyone including the birthday boy thought the food was just so-so. There was also a wedding banquet going on with 300 guests which may have detracted from the quality. The service was efficient.
