I've been wanting to go to Sunday brunch here for years. It was worth the wait. I recommend making reservations well in advance. It's expensive but worth it. Service is stellar. There is food for every palate and taste.

Not to detract from the food ... but the service was astounding. The waiters must be among the best in the world. They were discrete, non-intrusive, and there to provide whatever you might need before you thought of it. E.g., if you choose sashimi or sushi from the buffet, they offer chopsticks as soon as you return. When you are ready to make another round, they clear your plate, set out new cutlery, and shake out and fold your serviette. I watched as they cleared and reset tables, replacing the table cloth without exposing an inch of naked table surface.

It would be impossible to taste all the food on offer, and everything was of the best quality. There was a hot table with roast suckling pig, turkey and roast beef. An omelet station. Fruit and pastries. It is worth taking a slow stroll around all the serving tables and planning a strategy. We had a table on the verandah at 09.30, booked months ahead by our hosts.

The Sunday brunch is an absolute must, at least once on every visit to Honolulu.

We went there for a Sunday brunch based on TA reviews.Must call for reservation as very full.
We were lucky but the timing is around 2pm so near the end of the brunch.
Very nice location near the beach and surrunded with beautiful garden, it was located inside the luxurious Halekulani Hotel which is very big and luxurious.
Food quality very good, selection very wide, service very good. Only they start to clean the food even we have not finished our meal.
Overall it was the best meal we had in Honolulu.

Had dinner here to celebrate our anniversary. Best to go early and enjoy sunset at the outdoor bar, and then go to the Orchids dining room.......ask for Diamond Head view outdoor seating. It doesn't get much better than this. Wonderful food and perfect service.

the Steamed Onaga was recommended, and was the best fish I have had preparred on this trip.
