I love Japanese food either traditionally prepared or with a bit of fusion/innovation but I found this restaurant drowned every dish in too much sauce. While the sauces were tasty they overpowered the delicacy of the dish, so you missed the subtly of flavours. Having said that the wait staff were friendly, the dishes nicely presented and the atmosphere pleasant.
