We ran across Leonard's on TripAdvisor and decided we needed to give it a shot. It's a really neat place with a 50's feel. The Malasada's are made after you order and are delicious. They are also open late if you have a late night craving for sweets!

Got back to my Portuguese roots after a night of gin and tonics and had a Leonard's passionfruit cream filled malasadas. The chile coated malasadas are to die for.

These are the lightest most delicious Portuguese treats ever.

A must do while in honolulu! The malasadas are very "ono"! I love the way it is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside so decadent!

Nothing beats the malasadas here. They were to die for!! You do have to eat them straight away though. My favorite was the custard filling. I think I ate about 3 in one go. Oops! Calories don't count while on holidays though :)
