This fairly large cafe was recommended by the staff at Iolani Palace and right across the street from there, also a discount with the palace admit ticket. It's located in what looks like a fairly grand old building, with a beautiful lobby and courtyard, so you can eat out or in...feels very tropical and upscale, but the prices are quite reasonable, the service is quick and friendly, the food is nearly gourmet quality and very fresh...my asian chicken salad had many fresh ingredients with a tasty dressing. Loved the atmosphere, and it seems to be associated with the local Y. A hidden and wonderful find for lunch before the palace tour.
