“Manapua, manapua and more manapua!”
Reviewed July 23, 2014

Yummy manapua in all different flavors. Fun to get a bunch of different kinds and share. Traditional Char Siu, shoyu chicken, thai curry, Guava BBQ Chicken, kalua pig, honey garlic, spicy pork, roast duck & lup cheong - so many kinds, so little time.

“Leftover from lunch crowd!”
Reviewed June 29, 2014 via mobile

Have been to Chun Wah Kam a few times and every time it has been awesome. Don't come after lunch hours or in between. All the food was dry and like leather. Disappointing !! And there were no signs by the food choices. Like everyone's suppose to guess and point!!

“Giant manapuas, average plate lunch”
Reviewed June 22, 2014

The manapuas are one of the standouts here, as they offer a variety of interesting and more creative flavors. The shoyu chicken and garlic chicken are good, but they also have rotating specials. The plate lunches and noodles are decent, and are a relatively cheaper option in terms of food. Overall one of the better Chinese food options around.

“huge manapua!”
Reviewed June 17, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

The manapua at Chun Wah Kam are huge and a good deal at about $2. Went for lunch/snack with 3 kids. The garlic chicken seemed to be the tastiest, but the shoyu chicken, curry chicken and pizza ones were good, too. They were out of half-moons, though, only had pork hash for the dim sum.

“Lunch to go! Can't pass up an offer for free food, can you?”
Reviewed May 28, 2014

Maybe a block or two from our office, grab a ticket and wait for your number to be called. Some people never pay attention and almost missed our turn.

Difficult to decide what to order since their items aren't labeled. Just got to point, ask and either accept or look for the next item you want.

Ordered a mini plate (about $7.50) for four choices. A lot of variety to choose from! How did I decide?! Got some fried rice, noodles, spare ribs and chicken. A bit pricey since they gave small portions per. Was going to order some manapuas but totally forgot.

The interior of the place is way nicer than the exterior. Was it recently renovated (inside) since it really looks new or they just know how to keep it clean.

With work being hectic, didn't get to enjoy my food as much as I would like. Noodles and fried rice, tasted really yummy. Their spare ribs a bit fatty.

COMING AGAIN FOR MORE AND A MANAPUA... or two.
