“Cheap & GOOD!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2013

This by far, is the best udon we've ever had, and for around $6/bowl it's also the cheapest. Fresh udon, made right infront of you, quick service, clean... can't ask for more. We ate there three times during our week long vacation. We went for breakfast around 8am and there were no line (NICE). We walked past after 2:30pm and saw a longggg line, also saw a very long line at 8:30pm one time.
Will definitely be back!

“Hubby loves it!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 26, 2013

My husband is a big soup eater and no matter what the temperature it is outside, he's game for soup. The line up can be a little long some times of the day, but hey, that is in this case a good sign. The food is fresh and there is a happy chatter behind the counter. Good value for your money. The tempura is really good and the portions are ample.

“Excellent Meal - Affordable!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 26, 2013

Wonderful japanese food... freshly made udon and awesome matching food choices! Clean & organized cafeteria style dining experience. There may be a 5-20 minute wait during peak dining hours - but well worth the wait. We were at the end of the line and it was a quick 15 minute wait... not bad at all, since diners seem to eat fast once they are inside. Breakfast is even served in the mornings! They open late too. Highly recommend the Curry Udon - and everything else on the menu is excellent. Udon regular bowl is $3.75 and pair it with some Croquettes or Shrimp Tempura ($1.25 or $1.50 each) and its a wonderful filling meal! Try the Squid Tempura - yummy! The fried chicken (2 pieces skewered) was flavorful and crunchy. They also have very good Musubi (Spam musubi and beef musubi). Students on a budget as well as tourists enjoy this place. Small tables... if you have more than 4 people in your party -- be prepared to sit in separate tables. You can also dine counter style if you come in alone or with a friend. Very affordable!

“Good Udon”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 25, 2013 via mobile

Line moves fast. Big portions. Very flavorful. I got the curry udon, tempura chicken, tempura asparagus, and the spam mush I. Everything was great. The curry was sweet, with a mild kick. The staff was very welcoming.
