Me and my husband stayed at this hotel from the 6 th of Feb till the 12th of Feb.When purchasing this online we chose a queen bed and when we arrived we where given a twin room I went down to speak to someone and I was told they didn't have a queen bed after exposing me and my husband where there for our honey moon a queen room suddenly became available !
Twice we ordered room service the first time I ordered the pork samdwitch with cheese and then was called back later with a phone call stating they no longer put cheese on the burger they just had not updated there menu.The second time we where given the wrong food !
We thought we would try our luck at the restaurant but didn't even make it though the doors as we waited for close to 10mins to be seated as staff looked at us but never acknowledged us so we just walked out !
Very disappointing stay I don't think the Hilton has level as service as Sydney .More
