Food: it's ok not great
We stayed at the Trump Waikiki and decided to come to this restaurant on our last night. Our server was very good and took care of us however the food did not blow us away, especially at the high prices. Be advised if you sit in the booth, you will sink deep and the table will be at an uncomfortable level.
The amuse bouche: chicken liver pate on crostini
I am not a fan of liver but I tried it anyway. They serve it in a small jar and frankly it looks terrible, like diarrhea.
Popovers: delicious, eat them right away while hot
They also give you a recipe for these which I thought was a nice touch
Wedge salad: good, nice presentation
Shrimp Cocktail: the shrimps were huge but did not taste that great
Brussel sprouts with Parmesan:
These were undercooked and very disappointing
Ribeye: ordered medium, was dry
The various sauces they provide did not improve this steak
We skipped dessert and luckily the bill was less than $150 since the meal as a whole was eh.
