I booked a 2-tank dive with Dive Oahu through the concierge at my hotel. On the day of the dive I turned up at the meeting point 15 mins before the designated pick up time as I was advised to do. I waited for an hour before finally going back to the concierge to ask for a refund which I got. Dive Oahu gave me no apology or explanation of what had happened.
