Don't miss the Georgia O'Keefe and Ansel Adams Exhibit!!!
We also enjoyed the Samurai exhibit (we just saw the great one that was at Boston's Museum of Fine Arts too), and the eibit of landscape artists. This is a wonderful museum with its courtyards and historic architecture. A real gem!

Our guide was well informed & even on the trip to Diamond Head discussed the surroundings of Waikiki, he even knew things about the countries that the people from our group was from. Would definitely recommend doing this walk.

Georgia O'Keefe pictures look better in the calendars than as originals. Boring gift shop .Ansell Adams display was okay. Difficult to find way around as signage is poor.

We decided to visit the Honolulu Museum in order to see the exhibit: Lethal Beauty, Samurai Weapons and Armor. Also on exhibit in the museum were several paintings by Georgia O'Keeffe and numerous photos by Ansel Adams when they were working in Hawaii.
A wonderful place to enjoy a few hours out of the heat and gain a little culture.... several hours enjoyed and well spent.

This place looks small on the outside and when you first walk in the fee is 10 dollar per person over 17 years of age. Active military with id get in free and kids under 17 are also free. This place is big i was expecting something smaller lots of very interesting art we really loved it.
