The museum has a respectable permanent collection, including van Gogh, Gauguin, Monet and Picasso. While not large, the setting is unique and really worth a visit. There are several courtyards in the original building interspersed among the galleries.
We visited on the first Wednesday of the month, which happened to be free admission. This includes the Contemporary Museum not far from this location.
