Took the hop on hop off bus. $12 to get in which I thought was reasonable. Quite pleasant inside - very hot day. I found it interesting with lots of local creatures. A time filler really but would recommend. Jellyfish exhibit is quite amazing. A piece of art. Very calming.

This small aquarium has done an excellent job of interpreting the marine life of the islands and several U of H and NOAA projects. Personal headsets are available at no charge to listen to the descriptions of each exhibit. Volunteers stationed at the touch pools--great interactive experience. Gorgeous setting and wonderful place to spend the afternoon.

Seen this advertised and thought we would give it ago and I'm glad we did , just to break up the hot day we paid a visit was only $12 each , not a massive place but was there a good 2 hours seeing all the fish , you have to see the sea lion so cute . Friendly staff .

Stopped here after doing the morning climb up Diamond Head. Plenty of salt water fish to see. Not much else. Expected to see more but this is a small aquarium. Something to do on a rain day.
