Grand Waikikian by Hilton Grand Vacations

The resort life has been enjoyed fully in Honolulu. Moreover, I does my best for one year. Breakfast bakes the egg, the bacon, and the bread which were purchased in the supermarket, and is energy filling. We swim in a pool or the sea and shop before or after a lunch. Returning, after swimming quaffs the beer which carried out bulk buying. Supper takes a walk in sands in the direction of Waikiki Beach, and is to the Bar restaurant (early bird & happy hour aim) of an on-the beach. Return is a walk about a street, carrying out window shopping.

This was our third time stay at Grand Waikikian after two years interval. It is a general rule that value of commertial object is decreased as time goes by. I am sure that rule is applied in GW case. We are not satisfied it in terms cost performance.

Aloha and thank you for staying with us on your most recent stay with us while in Honolulu, Hawaii. We look forward to your next trip and hope that you stop and see one of the concierges or resort managers who can point you and your family in the right direction for the various recreational activities you might want to enjoy from a quiet adult pool, to a slide incorporated pool, large pool, medium pool, salt water lagoon paddle boarding, snorkeling in the ocean or one of many other activities we have included in or adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We also have close to 100 restaurants and shops for you to choose, not to mention the rental chaise lounges, umbrellas and our fireworks display every Friday night if you would prefer activities less physical.

We are all eagerly looking forward to making your next visit a fantastic and unforgettable one.

Mahalo,

This was our first time to stay in the Grand Waikikian, which is our home resort of HGVC as timeshare owner. Our first stay in the resort was generally great. However, we are not sure to rate this resort as Hotel for the TripAdvisor, especially in the view of cost performance, as we paid only taxes for nights. It was favorable for us without daily room clean-up service - stressfree, no disturbance during our jet-lag rest. We could everytime wash and dry towels in the room with equipped machine. No amenities were needed, as we broguht all our preferences. Water pressure of showers were unfortunately dissatisfied. Shower heads should be changed to some applicable type for lower water pressure.

Great amenities and location on the water. There is a lagoon and the beach abutting the property. My family enjoyed stay and both facilities and staff where very good. While right on the beach, it is not really in the downtown part of Waikiki. That is both good and bad. Things are calmer right outside the street boundary of the property, but we ended up having to taxi it to a number of restaurants and shops which is both expensive and time consuming for a family. It would have been nice to walk, and that would have been possible, but our seven year old, especially after a long day at the pool and beach, was not up to the half mile walk.

Great Service! I'm an 'owner' that used 'open season' for two nights availability at The Grand Wailea. This is such a great value when available. This property is beautifully landscaped and just a short walk (10 minutes) to all that Waikiki has to offer. I used Speedi Shuttle from HNL and round trip was $23.00!

This is a problem of a contract although it was regrettable that it is a room the sea is hard to look at. If it is removed, it will be a large and beautiful guest room. It is a washing machine to a kitchen. It is very convenient. Although Ala Moana Shopping Center is also near, he can enjoy himself enough in Hilton Hawaiian Village.

I was sad to come to this property and not to be happy. First let me say the positives. It is located right on Waikiki beach and has a beautiful property and the location if you like busy is great. The things I don't like. a 1 bedroom is like for 2 or max 3 people. The beds are small, like a small double. My husband and I had a problem and my 2 boys were too big to sleep in one bed. Plus the beds and pillows are not great. I tell you this as an owner. We own a 2 bedroom but haven't experienced it yet. There are no grills outside for the owners to use and the kitchen is functional but not great. There are also only 4 elevators for 39 floors, granted they are fast but at check-in and check-out times it can take a while. Also, even as an owner, if you have a rental car, you pay $27 a day to self park. I feel that it is all too busy and is getting more expensive as they cater to the Asian market.
p.s. in the summer months forget the pools, too crowed and no lifeguards on duty.

I am sad to post this review since I do like this property as well as own here.
