Thank you for choosing to stay at The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort. We are thrilled that you had such a memorable experience with us, and found the location, history, and rooms to be great. We do however, regret that there were several issues that did contribute to some negative experiences during your stay, including the slow service at Mai Tai Bar, the view from your room, along with the noise from the neighboring room.
Regarding the negative feedback, we are always working to make improvements to better service our guests, and will be sure the speed of service at Mai Tai Bar is addressed and reviewed with our Food and Beverage team. Additionally, there unfortunately is not too much that we can do regarding the walls of our guestrooms, however if you do choose to stay with us in the future, please let us know and we will be sure your feedback is noted, and do our best to accommodate a room on a more quiet side of our property.
