We've visited the Pearl Harbor Monument several times and it just seems to get better and better. They're used to several million tourists a year, so the 'flow' of the tour is excellent, as is the film they show. The people narrating and leading are respectful and honoring; no one appears apathetic or uninterested. They are careful about wind speeds and weather conditions out at the Arizona, as well, so be prepared for that part to be canceled at the last moment during a particularly windy day. There is a gift shop and an excellent bookstore on site. Don't take a lot with you (in fact, try to come with just ID and your camera) as they don't allow backpacks/carry items on the tour. I believe lockers are provided, however. This is a tour you don't want to miss while on Oahu.
