We easily spent the whole day at Pearl Harbour visiting the memorials and museums - we found the Arizona Memorial film dealt with the Pearl Harbour raid in a very sensitive manner and the site itself very moving. The museums highlighted not only the incredible sacrifice of the sailors and airmen but of the islanders too who came their aid.
The site is set out with very little shade so sunscreen and water is a must.
