An absolute must! Great tour to Pearl Harbor taking in the USS Arizona, USS Missouri, and Bowfin sub. as well as museums in the area.

This is a truly sobering experience. To stand on this memorial above the ill-fated USS Arizona and see it now in such peace and knowing that hundreds of men are entombed below is a vivid reminder of a war the world should never forget.
Get there early as the queues can be rather long.

Amazing experience to see where it all happened. I used the audio service on the tour so I could learn more about the history.

Was worth going & seeing & paying respect. The "tears/blood" was haunting & moving, but the coral & life that has made it their home, brought the beauty to the sadness. Moving & Surreal.

The USS Arizona Memorial was something spectacular to visit. It is a very moving area after hearing details about the Pearl Harbor attack. Visitors there are very respectful of the area. Many Japanese/American veterans visit year round. It is incredible the amount of information that I learned in an hour.

I booked the Pearl Harbor tour through robertshawaii.com. Once you arrive at Pearl Harbor, it starts with a video, then the Navy sailors take us on a boat ride across the harbor to see the actual memorial. It is chilling to know that there are sailors still trapped in the USS Arizona and it was decided that they would not remove the bodies from the ship and that the ship would serve as their grave.

Not to deliver a history lesson, but in addition, it was an experience to actually smell the oil that has been leaking from the battleship ever since the attack. I won't spoil it, but I recommend you bring a good camera and an open mind!
