“A must see!”

The film prior to going over to the memorial was excellent. I learned more about Pearl Harbor and the Arizona then I ever knew. Very educational, pulls at your heart strings.

“A true American experience”
Reviewed February 19, 2013

It was a somber and heart wrenching day, but what an amazing experience. It is very well maintained and staffed and the tour guides are very informative and helpful. We really enjoyed the day and it is an experience that needs to be had by all Americans young and old.

“Great journey back into history”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

We took our whole group of 12 here for an afternoon and really enjoyed the experience. We only had time for the visit to the USS Arizona Memorial, which was very touching and educational. I shed a tear as I listened to my guided tour (through the headphones that you can rent for $7.50) aboard the memorial for the USS Arizona, which is located in the same spot when it has hit so many years ago. You will leave this tour learning a little bit more about the events that took place at Pearl Harbor, and feeling grateful for the men and women who serve and defend our country back then, and now. Overall-don't miss this attraction when you're in the Honolulu area!! Bonus: the USS Arizona Memorial was free of charge. They had other memorials and a submarine that did have a charge to visit, but we ran out of time as they close at 5pm.

“Well organized and thought-provoking”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

We checked online that all the pre-booking tickets were sold out for weeks so we arrived before 8 a.m. to make sure we didn't have to wait for ages for walk-in tickets. We received the 9 o-clock ticket which gave us just enough time to see the two museums and listen to the audio tour. The audio tour is of very high quality (although includes some repetition) and it is well worth the money. The trip to the memorial is designed in an excellent manner: everything is tightly scheduled but you still have plenty of time to listen to the description of events and pause at the grave. If you can't get tickets of USS Arizona, make sure you still visit Pearl Harbor and listen to the audio tour: those should not be missed when visiting Oahu.
