-excellent service: we had to move because of a VERY loud bachelorette party next door and the walls are paper thin. The hotel easily accommodated us and apologized profusely. And, overall, the staff we encountered (front desk, waitresses and waiters, bartenders, spa staff, valets, etc) were all true professionals
-fantastic spa: my mom and I both had a massage which was great. I had the best manicure ever--thorough and relaxing. And they give you a mini bottle of polish to keep for any chips!
-delicious restaurants: we had breakfast and dinner and both were excellent
-nice location: walking distance to slops and mansions
What could be improved:
-thin walls (see above p) and I suspect it's a wedding destination and favorite of girls weekends and bachelorettes. So, you can hear a lot from surrounding rooms and the hallway. Bring ear plugs for a sound sleep.
-big hotel: bigger than we expected and not a lot of elevators---long walk from room to lobby (might not ideal for those with mobility issues)
Overall, would recommend and would stay here again!More
