We had lunch at the bar and had the chili and the lobster salad. The chili was very good and the lobster meat in the salad was plentiful! The prices were very reasonable and the bar service was excellent!

We came here to eat dinner the week of our wedding, and it was just fantastic. The atmosphere was funky and cool, the food was out of this world (esp. the pizza, which comes on almost french bread), and the staff were friendly and prompt! We would def. go back!

We come to BAP from time to time when we want a reliable pub experience. The food on the large and varied menu is good (but not great) pub food, most of which comes with thick, old-fashioned french fries. There is a wide variety of tap and bottled beer, which the staff seeks to refill promptly. The restaurant is filled with interesting memorabilia that is fun to look at while you wait for your table -- which is the case almost every time we come here. The portions are large, which partially justifies what I feel are fairly high prices. This is not fine dining -- nor do I consider it one of the best restaurants in Newport -- but it fills the bill when we want a good burger and a beer in a friendly, fun atmosphere.

This place isn't fancy dining but I've given it a five because it was just everything I like. Good food, nice place nice atmosphere, good staff and sensible prices. If you're staying in newport especially out of season, get out of your hotel and find brick alley. It's brilliant.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Newport, and ate like kings and queens at some of Newport's finest restaurant. Ironically though, it is our meal at Brick Alley that we seem to crave the most!

I have the fish tacos (some of the best I have ever eaten) and my wife had the nachos (which could easily feed 3-4)! The food is way above your normal "pub grub", yet the prices are great!

Our waitress was tentative and friendly and the place has a cool vibe. Definitely feels like a place for locals to grab a good bite to eat in a casual environment. We will certainly be back!
